Our origin story...
Farm Girl Fitness has a unique story because it’s a business that began during the Covid-19 pandemic.
When gyms were shut down in March of 2020 it left thousands of people in the local area looking for a place to work out. Farm Girl Fitness owner, Jessie Thomas, decided to create a fitness facility on her family’s farm where people could train in the safety and the beauty of nature and feel the support of community.
From outdoor workouts in the winter, to converting a barn into a fitness studio, Farm Girl Fitness has been pivoting from the very beginning to help it’s members keep active and stay mentally strong.
